Pebotech is the controller of personal data collected through this site. For any request, please write to contact@pebotech.ch.
The pebotech.ch site only collects data you voluntarily provide via the contact form: first name, last name, email address, organisation (optional), project type, desired timeline (optional) and message. No data is collected without your knowledge and the site does not use advertising tracking cookies.
Form submissions are used solely to respond to your request, qualify the potential project, and arrange an initial conversation. Data is never resold, transferred to third parties, or used for unrelated commercial prospecting.
Form submissions transit through Resend (Resend Inc., AWS Ireland infrastructure — eu-west-1), which handles delivery of the email to Pebotech's inbox. Resend retains technical sending logs for 30 days before deletion. The receiving mailbox is hosted by Infomaniak (Switzerland). The website is hosted on Vercel.
Received emails are retained as long as they remain useful to the conversation (active exchange, potential project). In case of no follow-up, data is archived for at most 24 months and then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
In accordance with the Swiss FADP and the European GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data. You may also object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to contact@pebotech.ch with the nature of your request.
The site is served over HTTPS on all routes, transactional emails are signed (DKIM, SPF, DMARC) to guarantee authenticity, and an anti-spam mechanism (honeypot) protects the contact form. No sensitive data (passwords, banking, health) is collected.
The site currently uses no third-party audience analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.). If audience measurement is added later, it will be anonymised and without persistent cookies. This page will be updated accordingly.
This policy may be updated to reflect site or legal changes. The last update date appears at the top of the page.
